Start of a long road ahead

Just wanted to blog my weight lost journey for my own enjoyment and maybe yours too. Tomorrow i am going to be testing SHAKEOLOGY a product by beach body. I have been using beach body products for almost a year now.. (Power 90 and hip hop abs) lost a few inches but hopefully i can get commited to a life long commitment. I have struggled with my weight for a long time and can never seem to shake it. I would like to lose weight the "hard" way diet and exercise so TO BE CONTINUED......
