Day 9- Thursday

Well today had a few ups and downs and all arounds... I was doing some work on the computer when i found some pics i took awhile back called "before" and i intended to take after pics.. But the more i get into this journey the more i find out that i may never have an "after" pic.. I am realizing this is going to be a very long process. I have been very proud of myself for my food choices and exercising everyday but i do have a few set backs like candy eeeek and a child lol SHe herself is not a setback just the constant care and having a hard time balancing her and then when jimmi get out of work etc.. On the upside Be praying for us tomorrow about 3pm CT God has been so evident in my life lately and I praise Him for that.I cant imagine a life with out him....
